We do! All delivery charges are calculated at checkout. You are also welcome to collect directly from our Tolleson warehouse. You can return unused panels within 30 days after delivery.

Parcel Shipments

• Items will arrive to their destination based on standard shipping service methods, typically left at the front door or entrance to the property.

LTL/FTL Shipments

• For residential shipments, items will be palletized and delivered with a liftgate service to the curbside of the recipient address.
• For commercial shipments, items will be palletized and delivered to shipping/receiving via the loading dock if available. Otherwise items will be delivered curbside via liftgate service.

Please note that some handling may be required during delivery and unloading.

The Slatpanel® Fire-Rated panels are rated Class A against ASTM E84 — the highest achievable fire classification for interior wall panels. This makes them suitable for specification in commercial projects where fire code compliance is required.

When installed to the full specification — on a Class A rated gypsum plasterboard substrate, with 1.77" furr-outs and acoustic insulation material, with no air gap — the panels also achieve a Class A acoustic rating.

To achieve both the Class A fire rating and Class A acoustic rating, the panels must be installed on a gypsum plasterboard substrate rated Class A, with 1.77" furr-outs and acoustic insulation material. There must be no air gap. If you are installing for fire-rating benefits only, the furr-outs and acoustic insulation are not required - the panels can be installed straight onto a suitable substrate with no air gap. Valid for both vertical and horizontal slat installations.

No - you must not apply any additional paints or finishes to the panels. Doing so will invalidate the fire rating. The panels are supplied ready to install and must be used as provided.

Yes - the Slatpanel® Fire-Rated range is designed with commercial specification in mind. It is suitable for a wide range of commercial applications including hotels, hospitality environments, corporate offices, high-end retail, and multi-residential developments where fire code compliance is a requirement.

Yes — whilst the Slatpanel® Fire-Rated range is primarily designed for commercial specification, the panels can also be used in residential projects where a higher level of fire protection is desired or required.

Yes - the Slatpanel® Fire-Rated panels are designed and rated for interior use only. They should not be installed in exterior applications.

The Fire-Rated range is currently available in oak and walnut real wood veneer finishes. Please get in touch with our team if you have a specific finish requirement for your project and we will do our best to advise.

Yes - the Fire-Rated panels are compatible with the full Slatpanel® accessories range, so you can complete your installation with coordinating trims, shelving, and hooks just as you would with any other panel in the lineup.

Yes — the fire rating is valid for both vertical and horizontal slat installations, meaning the panels can be used on walls and ceilings where the installation meets the required substrate and build-up specification.
