Keeping tabs on your order is simple. We offer order-tracking capabilities through our tracking portal. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

We value your time and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All of our wall panels are held in stock in our US warehouse and are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. If a product is on pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

We offer free shipping on all of our product ranges to Continental USA. Shipping costs for other areas will be calculated at checkout. Orders of in-stock products will be processed and dispatched within 48 business hours, and please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although we aim to have your order to you as quickly as possible. You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking number through the courier.

At WVH®, you have 30 days to return your wall paneling order, provided the box remains unopened. The Flutto™ range has been designed to be installed with ease. We recommend gluing the panels directly to the surface you're planning to install on. Ensure the surface is smooth, clean and dust-free, to allow for the best adhesion possible.

The panels are designed for interior use only.

The panels will be absolutely fine in these areas if a water resistant finish is added and they are not in direct contact with water.

The panels have been designed to have the edge exposed, with the wood finish visible on all sides of the slat.

It's straightforward to install around sockets and other wall-mounted fixtures. You can cut through the slats with a sharp saw, and the felt with a sharp blade, like a utility knife, to get a snug fit around your sockets and windows.

You can! If you need access to the wiring, we recommend installing them on wooden battens where possible.

Use a microfibre cloth to wipe off any surface dust from the panels. To remove any scuffs or marks, use a damp cloth to remove them easily.
