Can I get the panels in bigger/smaller sizes?

Our exterior wall panels come in a 8ft length, and can be cut down for a smaller size. For our WVH Pro members, we do offer a 12ft panels. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Are these panels weatherproof?

Yes! Our exterior slat panels are completely waterproof and UV-resistant, ensuring they withstand rain, sun, and varying temperatures without fading, warping, or deteriorating.

Can the panels be used in a bathroom or kitchen?

Absolutely! While they’re designed to handle outdoor conditions, they’re also perfect for high-moisture areas, or places that have direct contact with water.

Are the colors accurate?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual goods, and advise purchasing a sample beforehand.

Will the color fade over time?

No! Thanks to UV-resistant technology, the color remains vibrant and is guaranteed not to fade in the first 10 years, even after years of sun exposure.

How do I install the panels?

We recommend installing the panels on aluminum joists with a small gap at the bottom, to allow for proper drainage. Please refer to the installation video and guide for in-depth installation guidance.

Can I hide wires behind the panels?

Yes - since the panels are installed on joists, you will have plenty of space to hide wires.

How can I hide the edges of the panels?

There are multiple ways to finish the edges of the panels. We offer corner finishing trims as well as fascia boards that are color-matched to the panels, to create the perfect finish to your project.

What do i do i if i have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?

You can cut the panels around these spaces, but please be aware that since the panels will be installed on joists, the sockets will be recessed, and additional fixings may be required to make this flush. For windows and doors, please refer to the tech sheet for installation instructions.

Which surfaces can i install the panels?

You can mount the panels on all surfaces including brick, concrete and plasterboard. We recommend wherever possible, to install joists (wood or aluminum) on the surface first.

Do I need to treat or maintain the panels outside?

Nope! Just jet-wash/pressure-wash on a low setting with a wide spray angle, preferably from a distance prevent early wear and tear.

Can I use other hardware other than Plaank hardware?

Yes, other hardware would work, but please be aware that the use of other hardware voids the warranty.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused Exterior panels within 30 days after delivery.

What is the warranty on the exterior panels?

12 years residential and 8 years commercial.
