Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips come pre-boxed with everything you need for setup, in either a 2-pack or 4-pack configuration. Please see our installation guide here for all details on setup.

The remote control is not included in the LED light pack, but can be purchased separately here.

No, a remote control is not required to operate the Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips. Alternatively, you can download the SmartLife app and control your lights with your smartphone.

Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips are designed to fit the original Slatpanel® range, including Acoustic Slat Wood and Acoustic Slat Color. The Drew and Jonathan Home™ Grainmatch paneling is also fully compatible with the LED lighting.

The Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips are dimmable but only via the Smart Life app. Additionally, you can choose from 24 vibrant preset color hues to create your ideal lighting scene, controlled via your smartphone or our optional wireless remote control (sold separately).

Yes, Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips can be controlled without a smartphone or Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is only required if you choose to control your lights via the SmartLife app. The lights can also be controlled with the wireless remote control (sold separately).

Installation is quick and easy, with the LEDs being as simple as pushing into place! The Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips are designed to fit between the slats of the original Slatpanel® Acoustic range, without tools or adhesives. Please see our product installation instructions for all details on setup, including the correct way to attach all the wiring.

Yes, you can absolutely cut your LED light strips to fit your panel height! Before cutting your lights, make sure you unplug the power supply from the outlet. You can quickly cut the lights to size using scissors. Look for the dark nodes that appear about every inch of the LED strip and simply cut as needed. Use the supplied black silicone end caps to finish off the top. For further cutting instructions, please refer to our product installation guide.

To protect the longevity of your LED strips, we recommend not leaving the lights on continuously for more than 4 hours at a time. Exceeding this may cause the LEDs to burn out prematurely. If you'd like to continue using them after 4 hours, simply switch them off for a short period before turning them back on.

Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips can be installed in a kitchen or bathroom, but must be kept away from water, heavy steam, and extreme heat sources.

The Slatpanel® Glow RGB LED Light Strips are designed for interior use only.

Yes, multiple LED strip packs can be used and synced with a single remote control to ensure a consistent, uniform lighting effect across your entire slat wall installation. Please note that you will need to use each kit's dedicated splitter and power unit to prevent an electrical overload — connecting multiple onto one outlet will pose a fire risk.

You can cut the lights to the size you need to install around such items. For further cutting instructions, please refer to our product installation guide.

We do! Any shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You can also pick up the lights directly from our warehouse in Tolleson, Arizona.

This product comes with a 2-year warranty. If you cut the LED lights after purchasing, please note that the warranty will be void and we won't be able to offer a refund.
