Each box contains two panels measuring 94.49" x 11.81". The total box coverage is 94.49" x 23.62".

Shipping is one flat charge per order, the same for every state we ship to. Orders of 4ft and 8ft panels ship for $99, by UPS or FedEx, and arrive in 5-7 business days. If your order includes any 10ft or 12ft panels, the whole order ships by pallet for $299 and arrives in 7-14 business days, curbside with liftgate. Order 15 or more boxes of panels and shipping is free. Samples and accessories always ship free, but they don't count toward the 15. Everything is dispatched in 1-3 days from our West and East Coast warehouses, and you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. We ship to the Continental US; Alaska and Hawaii aren't available at checkout.

The panels come in one size but can be joined horizontally and vertically. Horizontal joins are seamless, while vertical joins show a small line. Pictures of examples are available upon request.

There are three installation options: gluing onto the wall with construction glue or grab adhesive, screwing directly into the wall with appropriate screws, and screwing into 45mm timber battens for optimal sound absorption, with the option of adding Rockwool for Class A sound absorption.

Custom sizes are not offered, but panels can be easily cut or joined to fit various sizes.

Of course! The panels can be installed in these areas, as long as they are not in direct contact with water. We recommend, where possible, applying a water-resistant finish to the front of the slats to give them an extra layer of protection.

The panels can be adjusted to fit around objects by cutting the slats widthways and the felt lengthways.
