Slat panels will arrive in a cardboard box with two pieces that join together seamlessly for ease of handling and installation.

Parcel Shipments

• Items will arrive to their destination based on standard shipping service methods, typically left at the front door or entrance to the property.

LTL/FTL Shipments

• For residential shipments, items will be palletized and delivered with a liftgate service to the curbside of the recipient address.
• For commercial shipments, items will be palletized and delivered to shipping/receiving via the loading dock if available. Otherwise items will be delivered curbside via liftgate service.

Please note that some handling may be required during delivery and unloading.

There are three installation options: gluing onto the wall with construction glue or grab adhesive, screwing directly into the wall with appropriate screws, and screwing into 45mm timber battens for optimal sound absorption, with the option of adding Rockwool for Class A sound absorption.

Custom sizes are not offered, but panels can be easily cut or joined to fit various sizes.

Panels are suitable for these areas if not in direct contact with water. Applying a water-resistant finish to the slats is recommended.
