Shipping policy

Overview

Orders for in-stock products placed on our website are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Parcel orders then typically arrive within 5–7 business days, samples within 3–5 business days, and pallet orders within 7–14 business days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery in all cases, although we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number from the courier.

If your order includes an item that is out of stock, delivery may take up to 12 weeks. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately.

Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive on different days.

If there is a delay in delivery due to the courier, we cannot issue a replacement until the shipment is officially confirmed as lost. Once confirmed, we will file a claim and send a replacement right away.

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or military addresses.

Pallet deliveries (10ft and 12ft panels, and larger orders) arrive by freight truck in 7–14 business days, curbside, with a liftgate to lower the pallet to the ground. Someone needs to be there to receive it.

 

Shipping Fee Details

Free shipping when you order 15 or more boxes of panels.

Under 15 boxes, shipping is one flat charge per order, the same in every state we ship to:

4ft & 8ft Panels: $99 per order

10ft & 12ft Panels: $299 per order, delivered by pallet

Any 10ft or 12ft panel in the order | Whole order ships by pallet, $299
