Unlike so many wallcovering solutions, wall paneling can be fitted vertically or horizontally...

Wallpapers or vinyl wallcoverings are designed to be hung vertically, even if their pattern doesn’t dictate that, whereas wooden wall paneling allows you the option to choose.

In much the same way that vertical stripes on an outfit will make the person appear taller, wooden wall paneling fitted vertically will give the illusion that the ceiling is higher than it actually is!

And while most of us don’t want to appear ‘wider’ than we actually are, wall panels fitted horizontally in a room or as a feature in particular are sure to make the room or object feel wider than it really is.
